We offer a complete BWTS regulatory compliance turnkey solution for your ship or fleet.

We can perform an initial survey and a 3D laser scan of your vessel at any convenient port. This in return enables us to provide a detailed technical overview of proposed solutions and to narrow down your options, specify complete retrofit work, specify required material and spare parts, deliver the full set of drawings and documents subject to the Class and Flag approval, as well as workshop drawings, pipe isometrics based on 3D pipe routing, electrical set of drawings, documents and not limited too.

A turnkey solution is including the Supervision of the installation and commissioning of the system until the Class acceptance and issuance of the IBWM Certificate. Using the latest 3D laser scanning technology enables us to conduct a wide range of surveys as an initial step in the optimization process, preparation of feasibility studies, machinery and/or structural retrofits, etc.

Clash detection and point cloud data fusion process in reversed engineering, based on 3D laser scanning results, resulting in the creation of the BIM and surfaces to be used in 3D libraries and applications.

3D laser scanning provides for quick and precise results used in Clash Detection Surveys, or fusion of point cloud data in Reversed Engineering. This in return results in the 3D model creation of various BIMs and surfaces for use in 3D libraries and applications.

From simulation of stress, strain and deformation of 1D, 2D and 3D objects to the calculation of natural frequencies and modal shapes to avoid resonance is part of strcutural engineering. Prediction of vibration response in the frequency domain or computation of the ultimate load capacity of complex structures is what ultimately defines FEA analysis. Calculations, which are in the form of mathematical equations, predicting the behaviors of all these pieces are made for each element individually, and a combination of those individual calculations yields the final result of the overall structure.

The EEDI was made mandatory for new ships and the SEEMP for all ships in 2011. The EEDI for new ships is the most important technical measure for the promotion of more efficient and less polluting equipment and engines.

The EEDI requires a minimum energy efficiency level per capacity mile for different ship types and size segments.

Since 1st January 2013 new ship design needs to meet the reference level for their ship type.

The EEXI came into force in June 2021 and will apply to all vessels over 400 GT under MARPOL Annex VI from 1st January 2023 onwards. As the EEXI is the extension for existing ships of the newbuilding-related EEDI, most procedures will be the same as for the EEDI, with some adaptations regarding limited access to the design data as model test results are.

With the implementation of the EEXI, the issuance of a new International Energy Efficiency (IEE) Certificate is required for each ship. This certificate refers to the EEXI Technical File which contains general information on the ship, the calculation of the EEXI value attained and required, and copies of the documents from which the values applied for the EEXI calculation are taken. The EEXI Technical File must be submitted to class in time for approval and is required to be carried on board afterward.
